Limit 1 prize per person. In order to be eligible, participants must be legal residents of the U.S. and find the Easter Egg in the ShareFire application, and email Daniel Koestler at dkoestle@adobe.com between 9 a.m. EST November 20th, 2009 and 5 p.m. EST February 18th, 2010. The first 3 participants to send emails with details or other evidence (for example, a screenshot) of finding the Easter Egg will win. Prizes: First respondent: a package of two Adobe mugs and an Adobe thermos (approximate retail value US $30.00); second respondent: an "Adobe Standards" briefcase (approximate retail value US $20.00); third respondent: a "Better By Adobe™" license plate cover and a sheet of Adobe stickers (approximate retail value US $15.00). No cash equivalent or other substitution permitted. Prizes are nontransferable. Prizes will be shipped via regular mail to the participant at the address they indicate via email within 45 days of notification of winning. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Participant addresses will not be used for any other purpose and will be destroyed upon shipment of prizes. Adobe is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Adobe that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion; or (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Promotion.
